Created in partnership with pain experts at the University Health Network, Manage My Pain has been clinically-validated to improve outcomes in peer-reviewed research studies. A free subscription to Manage My Pain is provided for every registered program participant. The Online Self-Management Program is offering Manage My Pain as another resource for people living with pain and as a way to learn more about the people we serve so we can improve our programming.
